At ImpriWars, we offer several shipping options for your convenience. Please carefully review the following details:

1. International Shipping

For international orders, shipping cost varies depending on the destination country. However, we offer free international shipping for orders over €100, excluding the delivery of transport cases. The selected shipping company will depend on the destination country. If you are using a VPN and the system charges you as if you were in Spain, you will be required to pay an additional fee to cover the remainder of the international shipping cost.

2. Processing Time

Processing time for orders outside of Spain typically takes 3-4 business days. Delivery time varies according to the shipping company and the destination country.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free international shipping for orders over €100, excluding the delivery of transport cases.

4. Shipping to Spain

The express shipping fee within Spain is €5.10 for orders up to 2kg (including trays, bases, scenery, etc.). However, as a promotional offer, we only charge €4 for this service. In the case of returns, the actual shipping cost (€5.10) will be deducted from your refund. Please note that transport cases are excluded from this shipping option. If you have ordered one or more transport cases and wish them to be delivered, please also add the "Transport Case Delivery by Agency" product to your order.

5. In-Store Pickup

You may opt to pick up your order from our store located at C/ Arroyo de la Elipa 7, 28017 Madrid, Spain (in front of Kingdom Wargames). This service is free, but we kindly ask you to schedule a pickup appointment by email or by phone at +34 609243809.
