Refund policy

If you buy as a consumer from ImpriWars, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the period starts when you receive the last item.

Tell us of your decision in a clear statement by emailing contacto@impriwars.com or writing to C/ Rey Pastor 48, local 1, 28914 Leganés (Madrid), Spain. Give your name and, to help us find the order quickly, its number. You may use the optional form at the end of this policy. We will acknowledge your notice.

After notifying us, send or hand over the goods to C/ Rey Pastor 48, local 1, 28914 Leganés (Madrid), Spain within 14 calendar days. Keep proof of posting. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer. You may use the original packaging if you still have it, but this is not a condition of withdrawal.

We will refund payments received, including the ordinary delivery charge where applicable, within 14 calendar days after learning of your decision. If you expressly chose a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive ordinary option, we need not refund the difference. Unless we offer to collect the goods, we may wait until we receive them or you provide evidence of posting, whichever comes first. We will use the same payment method unless we validly agree otherwise.

You are responsible only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and function. The right of withdrawal does not apply to a tray made to the individual dimensions you specify, or to trophies, patches, bags, rulers, tokens, mats, templates or dice trays made with your individual logo, wording or design. Standard catalogue versions retain the right of withdrawal. This exception does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or does not match your order. Choosing a standard catalogue size does not by itself create that exception.

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not conform to the order, email contacto@impriwars.com with the order number and a description. We will handle this separately from withdrawal; your statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain in place.
