Seller and contact. This store trades as ImpriWars. The seller is Gonzalo Moreno Adalid, tax ID 06258389C, at C/ Rey Pastor 48, local 1, 28914 Leganés (Madrid), Spain. Products and ordering. Each product page shows its features and available variants. Check the selected size, material and options before adding it to your cart. In the cart you can change quantities or remove items. At checkout you can review and correct contact details, address, delivery and payment method; the order summary shows variants, quantities, delivery and tax until you press “Pay now”. To change a variant, return to its product page. You can order in Spanish or English.
Price and delivery. Product prices, applicable tax and delivery charges are shown before an order is confirmed. The total depends on the variants, destination and delivery choice. The Shipping policy explains destinations and collection. We prepare each order within 5 days; the carrier's delivery time is added to that. If we cannot make an ordered product, we will contact you about the available options, including a refund where applicable.
Payment and confirmation. Available methods appear at checkout. If you choose a manual method such as Bizum, the order remains pending payment until ImpriWars verifies the payment and marks the order as paid. If we do not receive the Bizum payment within 24 hours, we will cancel it. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation and order details by email. You can also view the order status page and, if using a customer account, sign in with an emailed code. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us with your order number.
Returns and issues. The Refund policy explains withdrawal, any applicable legal exceptions and how to report damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods. Choosing a standard catalogue variant does not by itself remove withdrawal rights. These terms do not reduce statutory consumer rights.
