Shipping rates

  • Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal: “Correos: home delivery” or “Correos: collection from a post office”, €5; “Correos Express: express delivery”, €6 (except the Balearic Islands). Free from €50.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Correos home delivery or collection from a post office, €9. Free from €90.
  • Europe: Correos home delivery or collection from a post office, €9. Free from €90.
  • Other destinations available at checkout: Correos home delivery or collection from a post office, €20. Free from €150.

Balearic Islands, Azores and Madeira

We do not ship to the Balearic Islands with Correos Express: even if checkout allows it, the order is always sent with Correos.

We ship to the Azores and Madeira with Correos only. The shipping price shown at checkout does not apply to these destinations: once we know the full shipping cost, we will contact you to charge it.

Free collection in Leganés

You can choose free collection at El Arca Negra, C/ Rey Pastor 48, local 1 (CC Las Palmeras), 28914 Leganés (Madrid), during the shop's opening hours (elarcanegra.com). A store pickup order is usually ready the day after purchase, but it can take up to 4 days depending on circumstances. We will email you when your order is ready.

Preparation

We prepare each order within 4 days; the carrier's delivery time is added to that. We will email you, with the tracking number, when it ships.
