250×100 mm tray for 5 chariots or monstrous cavalry models on 50×100 mm bases in a single rank.
Or 20 cavalry models on 25×50 mm bases in 2 ranks of 10.
Or 10 miniatures on 50×50 mm bases in 2 ranks of 5.
Or 40 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 4 ranks of 10.
Every one of these trays comes out of the ImpriWars workshop, printed in PLA on a 3D printer for a rigid body and finished with a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet. Magnetised bases rest firmly on it through knocks and tilts, safe from falls and with their paint protected. Beneath, hidden magnets meet the metal shelves of the case; along the edge runs a 2 mm border for accurate moves, a smaller footprint in storage and a fair game.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Five wide in a single rank: five Tomb Kings Necropolis Knights, in The Old World.
Magnetic movement tray for chariots on 50×100 mm bases and monstrous cavalry of that size, in Warhammer: The Old World and Warhammer Fantasy Battles. It is chosen by columns and ranks, and the bases move and travel together.
About the tray
On a 3D-printed PLA body, made in the ImpriWars workshop, sits a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet: magnetised chariots and riders stay firm on it even if the tray is knocked or tilted, and their paintwork remains protected. Underneath, hidden magnets keep it on the metal shelves of a carry case. The 2 mm border makes every move precise, takes less room in the case and keeps the game fair.
Formations
There are 15 formations, from 2 to 18 bases. Some of them:
- Two wide in a single rank: 2 bases, on a 100×100 mm tray.
- Four wide and two deep: 8 bases, 200×200 mm.
- Six wide and three deep: 18 bases, 300×300 mm.
All of them also take 25 mm, 50×50 mm and 25×50 mm cavalry bases; each formation says so.
Games and units
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age. In both games this base is used, for example, by the High Elf Lion Chariot of Chrace, the Dark Elf Cold One Chariot and Tomb Kings Skeleton Chariots, as well as monstrous cavalry such as Ogre Kingdoms Mournfang Cavalry.
Frequently asked questions
What do the bases need to stay in place?
Magnets in the base. Our 50×100 mm base can be ordered with two magnets.
Is there a tray for 3, 4 or 6 chariots?
Yes, frontage by depth: three in a single rank; four in a single rank or two by two; and six in a single rank, three by two or two by three.

The base is a rigid 3D-printed PLA body, covered by a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet that magnetised bases grip: the unit stays in formation even if the tray is knocked or tilted, and the paintwork stays protected. Under the sheet, hidden magnets fix it to the metal shelves of the case. The 2 mm border rounds it off: units move with precision, the tray takes less space in the case and the game stays fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Two wide and three deep, or six in a single rank when turned: just right for six Tomb Kings Sepulchral Stalkers, in The Old World.

What keeps each chariot in place? A 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet that magnetised bases grip, even if the tray is knocked or tilted. And what holds the tray in the case? Hidden magnets that stick it to the metal shelves. The ImpriWars workshop adds the rest: a 3D-printed PLA body, paintwork protected and a 2 mm border that gives precision, takes little room in the case and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Three wide in a single rank: three High Elf Tiranoc Chariots, which in The Old World form units of up to four and in WHFB use the same base.
200×150 mm tray for 6 chariots or monstrous cavalry models on 50×100 mm bases in 2 ranks of 3.

Or 12 miniatures on 50×50 mm bases in 4 ranks of 3.
Or 48 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 8 ranks of 6.
On the table, the whole unit moves in one go: the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet holds the magnetised bases and each one stays in place even if the tray is tilted or knocked, with the paintwork protected. The 2 mm border allows precise wheels and advances while keeping the game fair. Off the table, the hidden magnets anchor it to the metal shelves of the case, where its 3D-printed PLA body and slim border take up only the room they need.

Three details define it: 0.6 mm of galvanised steel sheet so magnetised bases stay firm even if the tray is knocked or tilted; a 2 mm border for precise movement, less room in the case and a game that stays fair; and hidden magnets that fix it to the metal shelves of the case. All on a 3D-printed PLA body, with the miniatures' paintwork protected.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Three wide and three deep: a block of nine Tomb Kings Necropolis Knights, in The Old World.
200×100 mm tray for 4 chariots or monstrous cavalry models on 50×100 mm bases in a single rank.
Or, with other bases:

Under the sheet sit the hidden magnets that keep the tray attached to the metal shelves of the case, with the unit on board. On top, the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet holds magnetised bases firmly even if the tray is knocked or tilted, and protects the paintwork. The 3D-printed PLA body finishes in a 2 mm border: precise movement, less bulk in the case and a game that stays fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Four wide in a single rank: a full unit of four High Elf Tiranoc Chariots in The Old World, the most their profile allows.

- 64 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 8 ranks of 8
- 100 miniatures on 20 mm bases in 10 ranks of 10 (WHFB, Reforged and The Ninth Age)
The 2 mm border is the key to this tray: it adds very little to the unit's footprint, allows precise movement, takes up less room in the case and keeps the game fair. It frames a 3D-printed PLA body topped with a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet, which holds magnetised bases firmly even if the tray is knocked or tilted, with the paintwork protected. And the hidden magnets under the sheet fix it to the metal shelves of the case.

- 96 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 12 ranks of 8
- 150 miniatures on 20 mm bases in 15 ranks of 10 (WHFB, Reforged and The Ninth Age)
From case to deployment in a single move: the hidden magnets keep it on the metal shelves of the case in transit and, on the table, the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet keeps the formation together, with magnetised bases held firmly even if the tray is tilted or knocked and the paintwork protected. It is made of 3D-printed PLA, and its 2 mm border gives precise movement, saves space and keeps the game fair.

Or 20 miniatures on 50×50 mm bases in 4 ranks of 5.
Or 80 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 8 ranks of 10.
On top, a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet: any magnetised base placed on it stays put, even if the tray is tilted or knocked, and every model's paintwork is protected. Inside, beneath that sheet, sit the hidden magnets that keep it stuck to the metal shelves of the case. The whole thing sits on a 3D-printed PLA body whose 2 mm border allows precise wheeling, barely adds bulk and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Five wide and two deep: room for ten Tomb Kings Necropolis Knights or Sepulchral Stalkers, in The Old World and in WHFB.

Fifteen large bases mean many hours of painting, and here they travel together and protected: the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet holds each magnetised base even if the tray is knocked or tilted, and the hidden magnets under the sheet keep the tray on the metal shelves of the case. 3D-printed in PLA, its 2 mm border is deliberately thin: precise movement, little room taken in the case and a game that stays fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Five wide and three deep: 15 bases of 50×100 mm on a single tray, enough to carry Ogre Kingdoms Mournfang Cavalry together in the case, in The Old World and in WHFB.

- 75 miniatures on 20 mm bases in 5 ranks of 15 (WHFB, Reforged and The Ninth Age)
Six 50×100 mm bases in a row make a long frontage, and the tray keeps it straight: its 3D-printed PLA body and 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet hold the line of magnetised bases even if the tray is tilted or knocked, with the paintwork protected. For storage, hidden magnets hold it to the metal shelves of the case; for play, a 2 mm border allows precise manoeuvres, takes up less room and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Six wide in a single rank: six Ogre Kingdoms Mournfang Cavalry in The Old World.

- 150 miniatures on 20 mm bases in 10 ranks of 15 (WHFB, Reforged and The Ninth Age)
Twelve large bases fit neatly in a single piece: if they are magnetised, the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet holds them firmly even when the tray is knocked or tilted, and protects the paintwork. The tray is 3D-printed in PLA in the ImpriWars workshop and carries hidden magnets that hold it to the metal shelves of the case. Thanks to its 2 mm border, the unit can be placed precisely, the space in the case is put to good use and the game stays fair.

- 225 miniatures on 20 mm bases in 15 ranks of 15 (WHFB, Reforged and The Ninth Age)
On the largest tray for this base size, what counts most is grip: the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet keeps every magnetised base firm even if the tray is tilted or knocked, and the hidden magnets under the sheet anchor it to the metal shelves of the case. The 3D-printed PLA body and the 2 mm border do the rest: precise movement, less room taken in the case, a game that stays fair and paintwork that stays protected.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Six wide and three deep: 18 bases of 50×100 mm in a single piece, with room for Tomb Kings Necropolis Knights or Sepulchral Stalkers, in The Old World and in WHFB.
