200×50 mm tray for 4 miniatures on 50×50 mm bases in a single rank.
Or 8 cavalry models on 25×50 mm bases in a single rank.
Or 16 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 2 ranks of 8.
Four 50×50 mm bases in a single rank, and there they stay: each magnetised base clings to the sheet of galvanised steel, 0.6 mm thick, and remains in place even if the tray is knocked or tilted, looking after the paintwork. Inside, hidden magnets that grip the metal shelves of the case. Outside, 3D-printed PLA and a 2 mm border that helps line up the rank, frees space in the case and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Four wide in a single rank: four Wood Elf Warhawk Riders in The Old World; or, on 25×50 mm bases, eight Tomb Kings Skeleton Horsemen in line, in The Old World and in WHFB.
Magnetic movement tray for 50×50 mm bases, for Warhammer: The Old World and Warhammer Fantasy Battles. It is chosen by columns and ranks, and the unit travels as a single piece.
About the tray
The body is 3D-printed PLA, made in the ImpriWars workshop, and the top face is a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet where magnetised bases hold on even if the tray takes a knock or tilts, with the paintwork protected. The hidden magnets underneath keep it fixed to the metal shelves of a carry case. Its 2 mm border brings precision to manoeuvres, takes less room in the case and keeps the game fair.
Formations
There are 30 formations, from 2 to 36 bases. Some of them:
- Three wide in a single rank: 3 miniatures, on a 150×50 mm tray.
- Three wide and two deep: 6 miniatures, 150×100 mm.
- Six wide and six deep: 36 miniatures, 300×300 mm.
All of them also take 25 mm and 25×50 mm cavalry bases, and many take 50×100 mm chariots; each formation says so.
Games and units
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age. In The Old World this base is used, for example, by Wood Elf Tree Kin and Warhawk Riders, the Beastmen Minotaur Herd and Skaven Rat Ogres. In Warhammer Fantasy, by Beastmen Razorgors.
Frequently asked questions
What do the bases need to stay in place?
A magnet in the base. Our 50×50 mm square base can be ordered with a magnet.
Is there a tray for units of 3, 4 or 6 miniatures?
Yes. Three fit in a single rank; four, in a single rank or two by two; and six, in a single rank, three by two or two by three, always frontage by depth.

100×50 mm tray for 2 miniatures on 50×50 mm bases in a single rank.
Or 4 cavalry models on 25×50 mm bases in a single rank.
Or 8 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 2 ranks of 4.
Small, but with everything the big ones have: a 3D-printed PLA body, a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet on the top face and hidden magnets beneath it. The two magnetised bases stay gripped to the sheet even if the tray is tilted or knocked, and the paintwork stays safe; in the case, the tray stays stuck to the metal shelves. Its 2 mm border helps place it precisely, takes almost no room and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Two wide in a single rank: two Wood Elf Tree Kin in The Old World, or two bases like those of a Beastmen Razorgor herd in WHFB.

Models on large bases tend to be the bulkiest on the table, and here they are held securely: the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet grips their magnetised bases even if the tray is knocked or tilted, with the paintwork protected. The tray, 3D-printed in PLA, carries hidden magnets so it stays on the metal shelves of the case, and its 2 mm border adds precision, saves space and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.

Used in column or turned sideways, the tray behaves the same: its 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet keeps every magnetised base exactly where it was set down, through knocks and tilts alike, so the paint stays protected. Below the sheet, hidden magnets latch on to the metal shelves of the case. A 3D-printed PLA body and a 2 mm border complete it, for fine adjustments to the formation, a compact fit and a game that stays fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.

On a long, narrow tray like this one, the rigidity of the 3D-printed PLA matters: it keeps the column straight while the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet holds the magnetised bases, even if the tray is knocked or tilted, and protects the paintwork. Hidden magnets under the sheet fix it to the metal shelves of the case, and the 2 mm border adds precision when moving, takes very little room and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Two wide and five deep, or five wide and two deep when turned: ten Skaven Rat Ogres in The Old World, in a single piece that moves in one go.

Whether the bases are 20 mm, 25 mm, cavalry or chariot, the grip is the same, because the whole top face is a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet: magnetised bases stay where they are even if the tray is tilted or knocked, and the paintwork arrives protected. For the case, hidden magnets that cling to the metal shelves. And for the table, a 3D-printed PLA body with a 2 mm border: precision, little bulk and a game that stays fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.

Or 6 cavalry models on 25×50 mm bases in a single rank.
Or 12 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 2 ranks of 6.
Three bases in a row and a tray that stays put in the case: its hidden magnets, under the sheet, hold it to the metal shelves, and the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet does the same for the magnetised bases even if the tray is knocked or tilted, protecting the paintwork. Made in the ImpriWars workshop from 3D-printed PLA, it ends in a 2 mm border that helps with precise placement, takes little room in the case and keeps the game fair.

First, play: the 2 mm border lets the unit move precisely and keeps the game fair. Then, protect: the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet holds the magnetised bases even if the tray is tilted or knocked, and the paintwork stays protected. Finally, store: the hidden magnets fix it to the metal shelves of the case, where its 3D-printed PLA body takes up little room.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Three wide and two deep: the footprint of a six-strong Beastmen Minotaur Herd in The Old World, or room for six bases like those of a Razorgor herd in WHFB.

A three-by-three block needs all nine bases to stay in place, and the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet takes care of that: it grips each magnetised base even if the tray is knocked or tilted, with the paintwork protected. The rest comes from a rigid 3D-printed PLA body, hidden magnets that fix it to the metal shelves of the case and a 2 mm border that makes exact manoeuvres easier, takes little room and keeps the game fair.

Frontage, depth and case: the 2 mm border means the unit takes up almost the same space as its bases, moves precisely and keeps the game fair; the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet keeps each magnetised base in place even if the tray is knocked or tilted, with the paintwork protected; and the hidden magnets under the sheet stick it to the metal shelves of the case. All of it on a 3D-printed PLA base.

The bigger the unit, the more a base that holds it together is appreciated: here it is a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet, and the fifteen magnetised bases stay in place even if the tray is knocked or tilted, with the paintwork preserved. Underneath, hidden magnets keep it firm on the metal shelves of the case. The 3D-printed PLA body is finished with a 2 mm border designed for clean wheeling, less space used in the case and a game that stays fair.

Its 2 mm border goes with the unit from deployment to combat with precise moves, takes little room and keeps the game fair.

A firm grip on the table and in the case alike. On the tabletop, the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet keeps the magnetised bases held through a tilt or a knock of the tray, and the paintwork is preserved. In storage, the hidden magnets under the sheet keep it fastened to the metal shelves of the case. In between, a 3D-printed PLA body with a 2 mm border that gives precision, saves bulk and keeps the game fair.

The hidden magnets inside seek out the metal shelves of the case. And the frame, 3D-printed PLA with a 2 mm border, makes squaring up the unit easy, saves bulk and keeps the game fair.

On top sits 0.6 mm of galvanised steel, where magnetised bases stay stuck even if the tray is knocked or tilted, and the paintwork travels protected. Inside, hidden magnets to grip the metal shelves of the case; around the edge, a 2 mm border that makes movement precise, uses the space well and keeps the game fair.

Nothing sticks out on this tray: the hidden magnets sit inside, under a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet on which magnetised bases rest and stay fixed even if the tray is tilted or knocked, with the paintwork cared for. Those same magnets hold it to the metal shelves of the case. The body is 3D-printed PLA, finished by a 2 mm border that makes fine manoeuvres easier, reduces bulk and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.

Twenty-five bases in a 25 cm square: the tray rests that whole unit on a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet, which the magnetised bases grip even if the tray is knocked or tilted, so the paintwork is preserved. Its hidden magnets keep it fixed to the metal shelves of the case, and its 3D-printed PLA body, with a 2 mm border, helps place the block exactly, fits the case neatly and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Five wide and five deep: room for 25 bases of 50×50 mm, like those of a Skaven army's Rat Ogres gathered on a single tray, in The Old World.
300×250 mm tray for 30 miniatures on 50×50 mm bases in 6 ranks of 5.
Or, with other bases:
- 60 cavalry models on 25×50 mm bases in 6 ranks of 10
- 20 miniatures on 50×75 mm bases in 4 ranks of 5
- 15 chariots or monstrous cavalry models on 50×100 mm bases in 3 ranks of 5
- 120 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 12 ranks of 10
Turned through 90°, it takes 60 cavalry models on 25×50 mm bases in 5 ranks of 12, 30 miniatures on 50×50 mm bases in 5 ranks of 6 or 120 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 10 ranks of 12.
Thirty large bases need order in the case and on the table. In the case, the hidden magnets fix the tray to the metal shelves; on the table, the 0.6 mm galvanised steel surface supports the magnetised bases even if the tray is knocked or tilted, and protects the paintwork. Underneath it all, a 3D-printed PLA body; around it, a 2 mm border for clean manoeuvres, a compact footprint and a game that stays fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Five wide and six deep, or six wide and five deep when turned: room for 30 bases of 50×50 mm, like those of Wood Elf Tree Kin or Warhawk Riders, in The Old World.
300×50 mm tray for 6 miniatures on 50×50 mm bases in a single rank.
Or 12 cavalry models on 25×50 mm bases in a single rank.
Or 24 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 2 ranks of 12.
Six 50×50 mm bases in a straight line add up to 30 cm of frontage, and keeping that line straight takes a firm base: here, a 3D-printed PLA body covered by 0.6 mm of galvanised steel, on which magnetised bases hold steady even if the tray is knocked or tilted, with the paintwork protected. The hidden magnets inside grip the metal shelves of the case. The 2 mm border adds very little to the frontage, allows precise deployment, saves room in the case and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Six wide in a single rank: six Skaven Rat Ogres in The Old World; or, on 25×50 mm bases, twelve Vampire Counts Dire Wolves shoulder to shoulder, in The Old World and in WHFB.
300×100 mm tray for 12 miniatures on 50×50 mm bases in 2 ranks of 6.
Or, with other bases:
- 24 cavalry models on 25×50 mm bases in 2 ranks of 12
- 6 chariots or monstrous cavalry models on 50×100 mm bases in a single rank
- 48 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 4 ranks of 12
- 75 miniatures on 20 mm bases in 5 ranks of 15 (WHFB, Reforged and The Ninth Age)
A double grip: from the bases to the tray and from the tray to the case. The first is the job of the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet, which holds the magnetised bases even if the tray is knocked or tilted and so protects the paintwork; the second, of the hidden magnets under that sheet, which stick to the metal shelves of the case. Holding it all is a 3D-printed PLA body with a 2 mm border, useful for precise manoeuvring, for saving space and for keeping the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Six wide and two deep: a twelve-strong Beastmen Minotaur Herd on a very wide frontage, in The Old World.
300×150 mm tray for 18 miniatures on 50×50 mm bases in 3 ranks of 6.
Or, with other bases:
- 36 cavalry models on 25×50 mm bases in 3 ranks of 12
- 12 miniatures on 50×75 mm bases in 2 ranks of 6
- 50 miniatures on 30 mm bases in 5 ranks of 10 (The Old World)
- 72 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 6 ranks of 12
Eighteen 50×50 mm bases mean a lot of large models together, and this tray treats them as a single piece: 0.6 mm of galvanised steel on top, where each magnetised base holds even if the tray is knocked or tilted, with the paintwork protected; hidden magnets inside, for the metal shelves of the case; and a 3D-printed PLA body with a 2 mm border that helps position the unit precisely, takes only the room it needs and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Six wide and three deep: room for 18 bases of 50×50 mm, like those of the Wood Elf Tree Kin in The Old World.

- 12 chariots or monstrous cavalry models on 50×100 mm bases in 2 ranks of 6
- 96 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 8 ranks of 12
- 150 miniatures on 20 mm bases in 10 ranks of 15 (WHFB, Reforged and The Ninth Age)
Twenty-four bases, one tray and every base in its place: the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet holds the magnetised bases even if the tray is knocked or tilted, so the formation is preserved and the paintwork stays protected. The hidden magnets it carries under the sheet anchor it to the metal shelves of the case, and the 3D-printed PLA of its body, with a 2 mm border, makes for a precise, compact whole that keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Six wide and four deep: room for 24 bases of 50×50 mm, such as the Rat Ogres of a Skaven army in The Old World.

Or 60 cavalry models on 25×50 mm bases in 5 ranks of 12.
Or 120 miniatures on 25 mm bases in 10 ranks of 12.
A surface of 30 by 25 centimetres, all of it galvanised steel 0.6 mm thick: magnetised bases rest wherever they are needed and stay there even if the tray is knocked or tilted, with the paintwork cared for. Inside it carries hidden magnets that keep it on the metal shelves of the case. The body is 3D-printed PLA, and the 2 mm border lets the unit be placed precisely on the table, takes little room in the case and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Six wide and five deep: room for 30 bases of 50×50 mm, like those of a large herd of Beastmen Razorgors in WHFB or a Minotaur Herd in The Old World.

The largest tray for this base size: 36 bases of 50×50 mm on a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet that holds them magnetised even if the tray is knocked or tilted, with the paintwork safe. Its hidden magnets, under the sheet, hold it to the metal shelves of the case. A 3D-printed PLA body and a 2 mm border: precision when moving, space well used and a game that stays fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th and 8th editions), Warhammer Fantasy Reforged and The Ninth Age.
Six wide and six deep: room for 36 bases of 50×50 mm, like those of Wood Elf Tree Kin or Warhawk Riders, in The Old World.
