120×120 mm tray for 2 chariots on 60×120 mm bases in a single rank.
Or, with other bases:
- 8 cavalry models on 30×60 mm bases in 2 ranks of 4
- 16 miniatures on 30×30 mm bases in 4 ranks of 4
Designed for the journey to the table too: the hidden magnets under the sheet keep it fixed to the metal shelves of the case, and the 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet holds every magnetised base even if the tray takes small knocks or is tilted, with the paintwork protected. The body is 3D-printed PLA, and the 2 mm border takes up very little room in the case, allows precise movement and keeps the game fair.
Compatible with Warhammer: The Old World.
Two wide in a single rank: two Tomb Kings Skeleton Chariots on the new 60×120 mm base, in The Old World.
Magnetic movement tray for chariots on 60×120 mm bases, the size of the new Tomb Kings Skeleton Chariots in Warhammer: The Old World. It is chosen by files and ranks, and the chariots move and travel together.
The base of the new Skeleton Chariots
The renewed Skeleton Chariots in the Host of Nehekhara box come on 60×120 mm bases, and the official Ravening Hordes errata of 23 October 2026 moved both the Skeleton Chariots unit and the chariot ridden by characters to that size. Skeleton Chariots form units of one or more chariots, with Master Charioteer, standard bearer and musician.
About the tray
The body is 3D-printed PLA, made in the ImpriWars workshop, topped with a 0.6 mm galvanised steel sheet that holds magnetised chariots even if the tray is tilted or knocked, without rubbing the paintwork. Underneath, hidden magnets fix it to the metal shelves of a carry case, and the 2 mm border takes up very little room and does not change game distances.
Formations
8 formations, from 2 to 10 chariots, 2 to 5 wide in one or two ranks. Some of them:
- Three wide in one rank: 3 chariots, 180×120 mm tray.
- Three wide and two deep: the 6 chariots of the Host of Nehekhara box, 180×240 mm.
- Five wide and two deep: 10 chariots, 300×240 mm.
Each chariot space also takes four 30×60 mm cavalry bases, the size the same errata gave to Skeleton Horsemen; each formation says so.
Frequently asked questions
What do the chariots need to stay in place?
A magnet in the base. Our 60×120 mm base can be ordered with the magnets already glued in.
What if my chariots are still on 50×100 mm bases?
The 50×100 to 60×120 mm chariot base adapter brings them to the new size without rebasing. If you would rather leave them as they are, there is the magnetic tray for 50×100 mm bases.
The same tray without steel sheet or magnets, in MDF for 60×120 mm bases. Other sizes in Movement trays for square bases.
