MDF movement tray for chariots on 60×120 mm bases, the new size of the Tomb Kings Skeleton Chariots in Warhammer: The Old World. One piece to move the whole unit.
For the chariots of the 23 October 2026 errata
The Host of Nehekhara box brought new, larger Skeleton Chariots, and the official Ravening Hordes errata changed their base from 50×100 to 60×120 mm, both for the unit and for the chariot ridden by characters. As they form units of several chariots, a tray saves moving them one by one.
The MDF tray
Laser-cut MDF base, made in the ImpriWars workshop, with the 3 mm high, 5 mm wide border already glued on. The border can be finished with sand, texture or paint, just like the bases, so the tray blends into the table. Outside, it measures 10 mm more than the recess in each direction.
Available formations
8 formations, from 2 to 10 chariots, in one or two ranks. Some of them:
- Two wide in one rank: 2 chariots, 120×120 mm recess.
- Four wide in one rank: 4 chariots, 240×120 mm recess.
- Four wide and two deep: 8 chariots, 240×240 mm recess.
Each chariot space also takes four 30×60 mm cavalry bases, such as those of Skeleton Horsemen.
Frequently asked questions
How big is it outside?
The recess plus 10 mm in length and width: the three-chariot tray in one rank, 180×120 mm, measures 190×130 mm.
Is there a magnetic version?
Yes: the magnetic tray for 60×120 mm bases comes in the same formations, with a galvanised steel sheet for magnetised chariots. The 60×120 mm base can be ordered magnetised, and the 50×100 to 60×120 mm adapter suits older chariots.
